Redknapp for Tottenham?

Interesting. After a worst-ever start to the season, Ramos was asked to leave the club, such is the harsh reality of the Premier league. And in steps Redknapp. But, can he fill the huge gap left by Ramos to avoid the drop? Seriously, I fail to see why Harry would even want to take the job, especially when Portsmouth is flying in the upper half of the league table. Does he really think that Tottenham, in his own words, a big club, would really want him as a first-team coach on a long-term basis, and not just a stop-gap solution? In a nutshell, it's a no-thanks job, even if by some miracle, and it would be SOME miracle*, Tottenham manages to stay up.

*I read somewhere that no team in EPL history has avoided the drop with such miserable points (all of 2?) at this stage.
