Owen-sighting

Short Take: The in-swinging corner by Pennant eluded the entire defence only to land on the head of Crouch, who directed the ball towards the keeper. Perhaps distracted by Jamie Carragher's lame kick, who had an excellent game otherwise, he managed only to palm it weakly away, where Kuyt threw himself acrobatically to one side to half-volley it home - the ball bouncing once before nesting sweetly in the corner. I thought that was Owen-like. Kuyt - the Kops calls him the Dutch Master - is turning up to be a gem of a goal-poacher.
