The shortest, most practical way to resolve a problem, as from what I learn from my office affairs, is not to point finger - but to perceive firstly, what can you do to resolve the issue. It may involve sacrifice on your part, of course. But that is only secondary: what matters most is to solve the problem at hand. That is what we are paid to do, during office hours, that is. And if human relation is one of the biggest hinder or distraction to solving problem, then by doing so takes it out of the equation. Spoken like a model employee. And yes, it is easier said than done.
I hate human interaction when it comes to office work. And I hate how everyone has different way of doing things. Especially when you are working with experienced people of substantial age - old habits harden. And I am one of them. At times, overwhelming emotions or irrationalities can take away a person's worth in a knowledge industry. And they are always just a step away. Something tilts in you, causing an inbalance, and the ship of rationality sinks.
