Palmistry

I

New world in an old world,
Of which the map is drawn
In the palm of promises.

II

A web of meandering mysteries
Of the fortunate and unfortunate,
Line by Line deciphered.

III

Each line grained with every suffering,
Each path grounded with every pain -
Lessons of life unveiled.

P.S.: Somehow vaguely inspired by Gilbert Koh's Palmistry which is simply breathtaking. Come to think of it, I may have ruined this one with "III". I mean it's rather based on my own whim that each cut on the palm is due to the suffering one has, each opportunity appears because of each fall, as if everything is not predestined.

Yes. It is a little disconnected somehow but still nice. =)
