Haruki Murakami's After Dark

Surrealism. About people's lives, sleepless after dark. Like a contemporary, artistic film, the reader is taken through an ageless night with a few seemingly unrelated individuals, each with his or her own story to tell. There is no clear line of good and evil. No dark or light. Atmospheric, ephemeral.

Think about it: we are only pieces of a whole, yet a complete item by each self. Just by existing as Homo sapiens, our lives are linked.
